ABOUT ME

What can we do better? Let’s figure it out!

Creating something new is where I feel most at home, especially when it solves a problem for someone.

The best moment with GoHoardly, a budgeting app I built, was when a friend deleted his old spreadsheet, just as I had. That’s what makes building things rewarding for me: seeing an idea become something someone finds useful enough to make part of their life.

Finding the questions behind the question.

My career began in data analytics, which taught me early on to look at the bigger picture. A request for a report was a starting point: what prompted the question, what problem needed solving, and how could the answer help someone succeed in their work?

Working at Vodafone and Revolut also gave me the chance to explore the data warehouses behind large organisations. Tracing how tables connected, what each one captured, and which questions they could answer made untangling complex systems one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

The AI launchpad.

Even before AI became part of my work, that same curiosity led me to automate repetitive tasks. One small VBA script helped a colleague prepare emails from an Excel list, adding the relevant rows to each message and saving a long, tedious job.

Discovering GPT-4 and GPT-4o accelerated that interest, and AI soon became central to my work at a Hungarian software company. Projects included an AI analyst that let users create custom charts by asking questions in everyday language, without exposing their underlying data to the model, and a chatbot that answered questions using a knowledge base.

As the models became more capable, the problems within reach grew more complex, and my role expanded from building individual solutions to shaping and delivering AI products together with a full team as Head of Product.

A morning coffee, a sales call, and a D&D campaign.

The same instinct follows me into my own projects. Spending too long looking for news each morning led to a bot that gathers stories around my interests, then a narrated video I can watch over coffee.

When someone asks for help, the starting point is understanding where a solution would make the biggest difference; Sales Helper grew out of exactly that kind of conversation.

And sometimes, all I want is to relax with friends over a good D&D campaign. But when the available battle maps feel a little dull… well, let’s do something about that.

There’s usually another idea waiting by the time the coffee’s gone.
